Villa Rental Policies

MINIMUM STAY: A minimum of three (3) nights rental is required during high season/low season and a minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) nights rental is required during the Christmas/New Year's Holiday Season.

CURRENCY: All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Wire transfers are the only acceptable form of payment. Other forms of payment are not acceptable without prior agreement by the villa owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Caribbean Paradise Homes Inc. will collect a valid credit card number from the Guest as security against damages to the property during the Guest stay. If claims are substantiated, Caribbean Paradise Homes Inc. will mediate a settlement between owner and the client.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: If a guest cancels a reservation more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival, all amounts paid or to be paid to Caribbean Paradise Homes Inc will be refunded. If a guest cancels (i) a reservation 60 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival at the Property or (ii) a reservation scheduled for the Christmas/New Year holiday period, Caribbean Paradise Homes inc is not obliged to refund any amounts already paid. In the event of any late payment or non-payment, Caribbean Paradise Homes Inc sole recourse is to cancel the applicable reservation if the outstanding payment is not received within 5 business days of Caribbean Paradise Homes notifying the guest. All refunds will be send to the guest minus wire transfer fees.

If a circumstance outside the control of a party prevents the guest, acting reasonably, from having normal use of the property or prevents either party from performing its obligations under this Agreement, all payments for any unused portion of the rental will be refunded by Caribbean Paradise Homes Inc.

For peace of mind, we recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance from your travel agent.

SPECIAL EVENT: In case the Guest wants to make a small private celebration (25 person’s max.), dinner or party, the Guest must request previous authorization and after being approved, the cost of that night will be double the price per night that was rented. Any damage found will be billed to your credit card as agreed on the security deposit form. The Guest(s) will have no access to the villa’s tables, chairs, cutlery, glasses, table cloths, etc. The Guest will have to hire a company of banquets to provide them with this service. Additional contractual arrangements may also be necessary.

SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool of the property is used entirely by the Guests at their own risk. It is imperative and the responsibility of the Guest that children and elderly are supervised at all times in and around the pool area.

NO PETS: Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in or on the villa’s premises without specific written permission from Caribbean Paradise Homes Inc (granted prior to arrival). A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of Guest’s entire rent and deposit.
