Hi Jan,

I wanted to write and say thank you on behalf of myself and my family for a memorable stay at Casa de Campo during my brother’s wedding. The pictures of the villa did not do it justice. The beauty, comfort and serenity hit us as soon as we crossed the threshold. All of the residents were pleased and comfortable, and our visitors who stopped by during the day were equally impressed.

I also want to sing the praises of the staff of the villa as well. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, to accommodate the dietary restrictions and to work with us to get past the language barrier to mutual understanding. Every morning we awoke to a spotless villa, an inviting pool, and smells of a delicious breakfast. We felt very lucky to have them all.

I also wanted to say thank you. Casa de Campo Rentals was the third company I attempted to rent a villa through for this period. The other companies/individuals I dealt with either had suspect/questionable business practices or were simply lazy and didn’t follow-through to ensure services/villa’s promised were available. By the time I reached you, I was evil and suspicious. However, God saved the best for last because everything you said would do/could do was done. You were always available and respectfully responsive to all my questions and concerns both before I arrived and while I was at Casa de Campo. Having never rented a villa before, believe me, I had lots of questions and request. From providing complementary transportation from the airport, to walking us through the Casa de Campo registration process, to having the villa, our welcome meal, food/beverages stocked and golf carts ready when we arrived. I want you to know that I got lots of praises and thanks for a job well done from my residents. I couldn’t have done it without your help and coordination. You made my job much easier and I felt comfortable that all that was planned was going to go smoothly, which it did. I truly can’t thank you enough.

All of my residents want to return along with a few other friends who have seen the pictures and heard us sing the praises of you and the villa staff. That means, this time we will be renting either a bigger or multiple houses and I will be looking for you to represent me and my guest for my return rental in April of 2013.Thanks again for making special family event relaxing and happy.
